It may also be a good idea to get on the mailing list of your favorite stores as many coupons are sent out directly to the people on these lists. Some stores are willing to rebate money for an item that was purchased (even if it was bought at a great sale price) if the store has lowered the price even further not long after you bought it. It does not hurt to ask and it could save you additional money. It pays to find out when the stores that you frequent put out their new merchandise and mark down their older inventory. Consumers who happen to shop soon after the items have been marked down obviously get the best deals and have the benefit of looking over a lot more merchandise. Bargain shopping is more than just an enjoyable past-time. It is a smart and efficient way to make the purchases you desire at significant savings.
